everyoneBMX.com to Distribute Scary Bikes Products

Local BMX part and clothing company Scary Bikes enters into agreement to be distributed by everyoneBMX.com beginning 26th January 2009, the start of the Chinese Lunar New Year.

Scary Bikes (Scary), established in 2006, lend their support (and their inventory) to the newly established everyoneBMX.com (Everyone) by agreeing to let the fledgling site take over distribution. This distribution agreement includes brands that Scary has rights to distribute, as well as Scary's own brand of products and clothing. Brands Scary has distributed previously include Terrible One, SNAFU, Liquor Bikes and Micreation clothing, among others.

"Scary has been streamlining for awhile already," explains Errol Chua, Scary Bikes representative and co-founder, "So, when Everyone came along, we saw a great opportunity for a mutually beneficial relationship: Everyone will take care of our distribution commitments locally and regionally; allowing us to concentrate on product development and other 'artistic' pursuits."

Scary has previously produced a batch of archetype BMX-related parts, including the well received “Cast Bars” testing prototypes, and a series of BMX clothing, with a new line-up for 2008-2009. Previously a company with a full time Pro rider and a dedicated Flow Team, Scary has also organized and supported demos, jams and comps, including Xtreme Singapore ’07.

Scary will continue to support their riders through flow of clothing and parts on an individual basis. Full details of this arrangement are not available at this time, though this does mean that Scary riders have the prospect of riding under the banner of Everyone as well. Errol shares with us: “We, Scary and Everyone, have yet to finalize our ’09 Teams yet, but both companies have the same objective to support local riders, and between us, I’m sure we can work something out. Initial talks have ready proved promising!”

Everyone is reportedly working on plans for an online store to handle online sales and viewing of the abovementioned products as well as establish distribution channels for physical shop sales. Interested retailers, distributors and dealers please contact info@everyonebmx.com for more details.
